  • Interview with the evaluated executive, covering achievements and key competences through concrete examples in his professional and executive life
  • Use of our competencies model. Methodology based on rigorous interviews conducted by two of our partners.




360º References


  • Obtaining internal 360° references of the executive, with superiors, peers and subordinates.
  • Obtaining external references from various counterparts (clients, competitors, suppliers, authorities, etc.).




Report to Client | Feedback to Executive


  • Presentation of a complete Evaluation Report to the client.
  • Recommendations and action plans for career development.
  • Closure of existing gaps.
  • Feedback to the evaluated executive.
