He joined Equation Partners in 2010. During his time at the firm, he has worked on the execution of more than 200 search processes; in the retail, financial services, real estate & construction, and government industries; covering the functional areas of Marketing, Human Resources, Logistics, Finance, Operations and Technology, Business Intelligence and Internal Audit.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicolás worked at Banco Santander, in the Universia Division, as a Commercial Development Executive, responsible for developing business alliances with companies and institutions that would allow the commercialization of products, services and added value events with the higher education sector.
